Hi William!
Thanks for stopping by planDisney! I love planning a
Walt Disney World vacation for my family, and the My Disney Experience App has made organizing it so much easier. Now, instead of utilizing a spreadsheet and paper notes, I can keep my resort, dining and Disney Park Pass plans right at my fingertips.
William, as someone who has dealt with multiple profiles on
My Disney Experience, I can understand the frustration. In order to delete the profile that his grandmother manages, she would need to try and delete it from her My Disney Experience page. Under Friends and Family, she can attempt to remove the profile. If she continues to have difficulty, she will need to speak to
Guest Services who will be able to provide her with technical support and help remove that profile. Once the profile is deleted, then his father will be able to manage the future plans for him.
MDE Tip: The
My Disney Experience App adds new avatars regularly, which allows us to customize the profiles so that our kids feel like it's more personalized. Recently, they've added the 50th Anniversary Mickey and Minnie Mouse Avatars to the profiles. You can change the avatars as often as you'd like by clicking 'Change Character' on each individual profile.
Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
Malanie
