My grandson has a severe milk allergy. Is it possible to eat in the parks with this allergy?

Hi there, Mary! Thank you for your question today, I am so happy to help. What I love the most about Walt Disney World Resort is the lengths the Cast Members will go to accommodate all of their guests, including dining alternatives for allergies

Ahead of your arrival, I suggest looking at the menus of different restaurants you're interested in on your My Disney Experience mobile app. A lot of the table service restaurants can accommodate your grandson without notice about his allergy, but you can always add that he has a severe allergy while making an Advanced Dining Reservation. An example at Disney's Magic Kingdom Park that offers allergy-friendly meals (for both adults and children) is Pinocchio's Village Haus Restaurant. Check out Flame Tree Barbecue at Disney's Animal Kingdom Park as well, their lunch is delicious!

Quick-Service and kiosk food items that are allergy-friendly are a little more difficult to find, I suggest checking the menus for these restaurants ahead of time and even making mobile orders using your My Disney Experience app to make picking up food easy and quick.  If you wish to email Walt Disney World regarding his allergy, you can send an email to Special.Diets@DisneyWorld.com.

I hope all of this information helps you plan the most magical visit to Walt Disney World, Mary. Thanks for stopping by again, and if you have any other questions, feel free to ask me again at any time. Have the most magical visit to Walt Disney World!
