    My grandson and I are going on a cruise and I had him download the Disney app so we can communicate onboard. Does he need to set up his own account or does he use mine?

    I am happy to "sea" you cruise by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with another great question.  I know all your careful planning is going to transform into treasured memories together with Captain Mickey.  How exciting that you will be setting sail in just a few weeks!

    My family uses the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to stay connected while onboard.  My pirates love to have some freedom now that they are old enough to check themselves in and out of the youth clubs, so the app's chat feature is perfect for us all to keep in touch when we set off to our own adventures.  It will be a great feature for you and your grandson as well, plus the emojis are epic!

    Downloading the app before you arrive was a great first step.  Your next step to connect will take place once you are onboard the Disney Magic.  You can grant your grandson access to the Navigator App without the need for him to set up his own account.  Follow the instructions in your app to grant him access and connect his device when you arrive onboard.  If for any reason you cannot get your grandson connected once on the ship, visit the Connect@Sea Desk on deck three near the Promenade Lounge for help!
