Sounds like exciting times! Congratulations to your granddaughter, I bet she's excited to cross the finish line, and I can only imagine how proud you are to see her accomplish this milestone!

I love multigenerational trips and do relate to the overwhelm when planning for a large group. We're a family of seven and often travel with extended family and friends when going to the Disneyland Resort. Memories are made, but it does take magic, money, and preparation to keep track of everything (and everyone). Uncle Walt said he wanted Disneyland to be "a place where adults and children can experience together some of the wonders of life, of adventure, and feel better because of it." So, seeing families of all ages enjoy the wonder together makes my heart melt like Olaf on a summer day.

Here are some tips for visiting with a larger party:

Download the Disneyland app and make sure everyone has a Disney account for a seamless experience before and during your trip
Utilize Genie Service to plan your park days
Book accommodations on the Disneyland website for one of the three Disneyland Resort hotels on the property, or at one of the 58 Good Neighbor Hotels (these are Disney-approved hotels close to the Resort some offering suites to accommodate larger parties). While the Disneyland Hotel is our family favorite, we also have enjoyed the Springhill Suites Marriott Anaheim Convention Center since they sleep up to seven, are within walking distance, and rooftop fireworks view!
Disney may have offers & discounts on tickets or hotel accommodations throughout the year, so keep an eye out
When you're ready to purchase your tickets, check the Park Availability Calendar to ensure the dates are available for reservations.

At the time of your visit, from April 5 - June 2, you'll have the opportunity to experience Star Wars Season of the Force with themed food items, limited-time merchandise, plus the temporary return of Hyperspace Mountain for the thrill seekers!
