Welcome to planDisney, Joann. I just know you're going to have a great time at the resort with your grandchildren this summer, so let's get your question answered.
You can find out exactly how much the tickets would cost right on the Walt Disney World Resort website. If your grandchildren are Florida Residents, take a peek at the
Florida Resident ticket offers. Otherwise, go to the
standard ticketing page to check out the prices. Either way, you'll want to select the number of days you'd like for the tickets, the date you'd like the ticket to start, select the ticket type, and the quantity. This will show you both the price per ticket and your subtotal. If you're ready to buy them, you'll click the blue "Continue" button and follow the prompts to make your purchase. If you have any grandchildren who will be under the age of three at the time of their visit, there is currently no charge for them. Furthermore, any Guest 18 years of age or older will need to provide
proof of Florida residency to use a Florida Resident theme park ticket. Furthermore, any Guest under the age of 18 using a Florida Resident ticket must be accompanied by an adult who has shown such proof.
This summer, if you have any Bluey fans in the group, you'll want to check out
Bluey's Wild World at Conservation Station at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park. You'll hop aboard the
Wildlife Express Train, see wallabies and kangaroos at
Jumping Junction, and play some games with Bluey and Bingo! Plus, there are some
new treats around the park to celebrate the arrival of these playful pups. And I'm all about celebrating with treats!
Joann, best wishes for an amazing visit with those grandchildren. I'm sure your nomination (and win) for Grandparent of the Year will be announced by your family very soon! If you have any other questions,
I'm happy to answer them!
Here's to big adventures and little moments,
Matt
