    My grandfather owns a house in Florida and wanted to know if he can buy me and my sister passes

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Brooke! Thanks for sending in your question about Walt Disney World Resort Florida Resident theme park tickets. 

    When it comes to purchasing and using Florida Resident theme park tickets, they must first be activated by showing Proof of Florida Residency. Anyone over the age of 18 must show valid ID at any Ticket window or Disney Springs Guest Services location in order to be able to use this type of ticket. 

    If your grandfather is purchasing a theme park ticket for a child under the age of 18, he would be able to activate that ticket using his Proof of Florida Residency. This ticket would only need to be activated on the first visit of a multiple day ticket. 

    Brooke, if you’re looking to purchase three day or longer tickets for adults, you can take advantage of a promotion being offered via the Disney ticket web page. This promotion will save you $20!
