My granddaughter is 4 years old. Does she need passes to get into parks?

    Hi Carol,

I'm thrilled to hear that you're planning a visit to "The Most Magical Place on Earth" with your granddaughter! Seeing the magic through her eyes will fill your heart with Disney joy, and you'll both cherish the memories you'll make together forever!

While Mouseketeers under the age of three may enjoy free admission to the theme parks, your four-year old granddaughter will need to have a ticket for her visit. Children ages three through nine do receive a discount, though, so that will help you stretch your Disney dollars! In fact, I'd encourage you to keep an eye on the Special Offers, Deals, and Discounts page for any helpful deals. There's currently a 4-Park Magic Ticket that offers some fantastic savings and would be a great way for you to enjoy all four theme parks during your visit.

Thanks so much for visiting us a the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Carol. Whether you and your granddaughter are looking forward to the dozens of attractions, opportunities to meet your favorite characters, delicious snacks and meals found all around the Resort, watching your favorite stories come to life, or all of the above, you two are going to have a BLAST together. Please come back and see us again if we can help with anything else as you're planning your trip. I hope that you have a truly magical vacation!
