My granddaughter turns 3 Jan 4th and we are coming to the park Dec. 28th through Jan 2. Her dad is 6'4" and she is very tall and mature for her age. Should we bring her birth certificate or what type of proof of age is required?

    Hi Nancy!

Your trip is coming up so quickly.   Are you too excited to sleep already? I know I bounce around my house like Tigger with excitement when I have a magical trip coming up.  I hope you and your family make memories you will cherish for a lifetime.

Any Guest under the age of three is considered a Guest of Mickey Mouse and does not need a theme park ticket to enter the Theme Parks.   Mickey is a very trusting mouse and does not require you to bring proof, he will take your word.  If you would feel more comfortable bringing something with you, I suggest bringing a copy of her birth certificate, not the original.  You more than likely will not be asked to show it, but it may help your peace of mind just in case.  I know I was a worrier when my kids were small and always carried a copy of theirs, but was never required to show them.

I hope this has helped.  Please enjoy every magical minute of time with your granddaughter,  she will be all grown up and ready for the ball before you know it.
