My granddaughter will be 8 on 20 October ( while we will be in Orlando). Ideas please for her birthday. We have heard that she can dress up in Magic Kingdom for the day - is this right please

Hi, Wendy!  Many little girls dress as their favorite princess when they go to the Magic Kingdom, so your birthday princess can dress up as well!  What a great way to celebrate her special day!

There are so many ways she can celebrate her birthday!  You could try to book a special dining reservation, perhaps one at the Crystal Palace with Pooh and Friends, or see if there are any appointments available at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, which you can check by calling (407) 939-7895.

There is an awesome Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage you could check out.  It begins at the Contemporary Resort with a special snack buffet, and then you journey out, escorted by a friendly pirate, on a boat to see the Wishes Fireworks from the Magic Kingdom.  You can book that by calling 407-939-7529.

You could have her plan the day herself, choosing where you have your meals and what attractions you go on.  And don't forget to get her a birthday button and let everyone know it's her birthday!  You can even note it on any resort or dining reservations.

    Have an awesome vacation!
