Hiya, Charles! What a wonderful granddad you are to take your family on this awesome trip! I absolutely love taking my own grandbabies to
Walt Disney World. It's the perfect way to make memories they will have for their lifetimes.
It sounds like you've got everything in place for the time being, Charles.
Disney's Art of Animation Resort is a fantastic place for little ones like your granddaughters. With the bright colors and larger-than-life characters, you may want to spend a bit of time just walking around and checking it all out.
If you already have your
theme park tickets, and you've already made your
park reservations, you're ahead of the game there as well. You may want to check and make sure that you've got the grown-ups connected in the
My Family and Friends section of the
My Disney Experience app if they have their own accounts. That allows you to make plans for everyone.
Your next step is going to be
dining reservations. You can begin making them 60 days before you arrive, and then as a
Disney Resorts Collection hotel guest, you can make them for up to 10 days. Maybe consider a character dining experience, where the girls can see their favorites up close without waiting in meet and greet lines.
Chef Mickey's is a favorite of my grandkids.
You can relax and breathe a bit, Charles, now that you've done just about everything for a practically perfect visit. I'm so excited for you that you have this experience to look forward to, and I hope you make the most magical memories!
Anna
