    We have a Grand Gathering Reservation consisting of 4 families, arriving at different times. Who can check in for each party. Anyone who is listed on the reservation or the lead check in person?

    Hi Andrea,

    What a fun vacation you will have with all those other families! 

    When you made your reservations, you need to list the names of everyone staying at the Walt Disney World Resorts. When anyone listed on the reservation who has a government issued identification arrives at his or her resort, he or she can check into their room.

    This allows parties who are traveling separately to get settled into the resort and start enjoying the magic of the Walt Disney World Resorts. They may be able to head to their room but they should be able to grab their tickets to head to the parks or swim in the pools.
