    Can you up grade your annual pass from silver to gold on the monthly payment plan online? Or do you have to go in person

    I just love talking to fellow Annual Passholders. We appreciate the discounts given on select merchandise and dining locations, and don't get me started on the magical Disney Resorts Collection hotel room discounts; staying inside the magic is my absolute favorite! And most importantly, nothing beats being able to return to the magic all yEAR long.

    Frannie, although at this time upgrades are not available, you can change your pass type when you renew your Annual Pass; but do be sure to keep in mind the upgrade wouldn’t take effect until your current pass expires.

    Once it is time to renew your Annual Pass, I’m happy to tell you this can be done online, along with changing the Annual Pass type! As long as your Florida address is listed in your My Disney Experience account, your Florida Resident options will be available on your My Disney Experience account.

    Thanks to Walt Disney World Resort’s 50th Anniversary Celebration, The World’s Most Magical Celebration will be ongoing with festivities at each park full of dazzling decorations, nighttime spectaculars, and lots to chEAR about!
