Annual Passholder MagicBands.
I just called the helpful team at the dedicated V.I.PASSHOLDER SUPPORT help line, (407)-WDW-PASS or (407) 939-7277, who confirmed for me the Passholder MagicBand sliders are currently out of stock. A new shipment is due in at the end of this month (March 2019). As soon as they arrive, they will begin to be mailed out to those who did not receive a slider. I was assured Passholders do not need to do anything to receive their sliders; records have been kept of which MagicBands were sent out without the sliders. It may take several weeks to get all of the sliders sent out. I would say if you have not received your slider by the end of May, give the Annual Passholder help line a call or use the
Annual Passholder Help Form to email the dedicated Help Team. I know the Passholder slider is a little thing compared to all the other
benefits and discounts associated with the
Annual Passholder Program, but I completely understand -- when you are a Passholder, you want to wear it loud and proud!
