    Is Goofys Kitchen closed starting August 23, 2024? I’ve been trying to get dining reservations and there is nothing available beyond this date. A prior post said the reservation availability was down but should be back up, what am I missing?

    Thanks for stopping by with your question and I'm happy to see that you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort during one of the most magical and spooky times of the year, the Halloween Season! It's my favorite time to visit because I love all the decorations and Fall festivities that happen throughout the Resort.

    I appreciate that you've been diligent with making your dining reservations and checking on them when your 60 day window began. I'm sorry that you've hit an unexpected snag when reservations weren't available for Goofy's Kitchen. Although we haven't received an official word yet, I suspect that Chef Goofy is cooking up something spooktacular for the Halloween Season and that reservations will be released once this seasonal dining experience has been announced. In fact, a recent Disney Parks Blog article stated that Goofy's Kitchen was preparing to serve up Festive Fare with a Halloween Twist! And with a mind like Goofy's, you never know what you'll get. After all, who else could have come up with Goofy's Famous Peanut Butter Pizza?! I would recommend following the Disney Parks Blog and checking back on reservations frequently so you don't miss out.

    Are you excited for the return of Haunted Mansion Holiday this year? Please note that it will only be available via virtual queue when it reopens. I know many Guests, including myself, are very excited to be able to walk through its haunted halls and the chamber with no windows, and no doors. I also always love looking through the Foodie Guide for the season which gives my sweet tooth a serious workout!
