    Good Morning! We have reservations starting may 28th through Jun 5th at the Old Key West resort (2 br villa). May I make special requests pertaining to our OKW stay online or should I call? Thanks..

    Hi Robert.  To make sure those special request are recorded, I would recommend you call.  I am just a creature of habit and I like knowing that I have spoken with a real person, can write down their name and the details of our conversation.  I have made special requests in the past and have called in each and every one of them ... and am pleased to say I had no problems.  I think online check in is great, but I'd call for those special requests. Have a great day and a magical vacation at the end of May.
