Michelle from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Good Morning, We plan on visiting DisneyLand in February and are looking at staying onsite. Are there any perks to dining reservations if you stay on site? I know for WDW, you can book your reservations for you whole trip at once. Thank you!!

    Hiya, Michelle!

    Welcome to planDisney!

Oh Boy! I love that you'll be traveling across the country to visit Mickey's original house and The Happiest Place on Earth, Disneyland Resort! One of my favorite things to do between the two coasts is compare what's different about the identical attractions; keep your eyes peeled on "it's a small world", Pirates of the Caribbean, Space Mountain and so much more!

This is a great question. At the current time, all Disneyland Resort Dining Reservations open 60 days in advance of each upcoming Disney day. At the time of this answer, Guests who are staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel can only book their table service meals for dates within that 60-day window, meaning you will have to plan on multiple booking windows. However, there's a rumor going around that this might change between now and next yEAR ... I don't have any confirmation of this, however, you're more than welcome to check back as your booking window gets closer. You can also keep up with the Disney Parks Blog as they're the most official source of Disneyland news, practically straight from Mickey himself! You can even follow them across all of your social media channels so you'll never miss an announcement!

If you're still on the fence about where you might want to stay, you can book a room-only resort hotel reservation or a vacation package at a Disneyland Resort Hotel; both only require a portion of the full balance as a down payment with the rest due either a month (vacation package) or a week (room-only) before you check-in. Best of all, if you cancel before the last-chance date, your deposit is completely refundable!

I'm so sorry that this answer didn't really clEAR up your question, Michelle, but hopefully it helped to start your pre-planning process.
