I plan on making hotel only reservations at Disneyland. What is the current cancellation policy? Is this for a full refund or rescheduling, are these my 2 options?

Hello, Ernelle! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney!

I'm delighted to hear that you are considering staying at one of the three Disneyland Resort Hotels! I have stayed at all of them and can honestly say I love them all! If you make a room-only reservation (which means you don't include theme park tickets at the time of booking your room), you must cancel at least five days prior to the arrival date for a full refund of your hotel booking. Room-only cancellations made less than five days prior to the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee of the first night's room rate plus taxes and fees. If you need to adjust your reservation, you will need to call (714) 956-6425 and speak to a Cast Member.

My all-time favorite Disney hotel is the Disneyland Hotel! I love all the classic charm that is tucked into every corner of this hotel and the pools and hotel restaurant options simply can't be beat! Plus, to get to and from the theme parks, it's just a short stroll through the Downtown Disney District.

I hope you enjoy your stay at the Happiest Place on Earth!
