    Good morning, We are going to be only at 1 park next week and want to prepurchase the 1 day memory maker. I checked the app on my phone and the options isn't there. It only offers the 199 option. I'm not sure is it still an option ? Thank you

    Hey, Chandra! I am so glad you decided to stop by and ask us this question because I have some great news for you! The Memory Maker One-Day option is still available; however, it cannot be pre-purchased. Once you have taken a Disney's PhotoPass photo, you will be able to purchase this option for your fun-filled day at Walt Disney World Resort.

    If you have not done so already, download the My Disney Experience mobile app to your mobile device as it is required to complete the Memory Maker One-Day purchase. Then, get your smiles ready for your big day! Disney's PhotoPass photographers can be found at many locations across the Resort. When you have your photos taken, the photographer can scan your MagicBand or theme park ticket to link them to your My Disney Experience account. It may take just a little while, but when the photos do appear in the My Photos section of your account, click one of them to open it. The next screen will give you the option of either purchasing unlimited downloads for the full Memory Maker price, unlimited downloads of your photos for this day, or unlimited downloads of this photo. You will of course want to choose the option for downloading this day's photos. The system will guide you through the remaining steps to complete your purchase.
