Daiana, you can absolutely purchase items from
ShopDisney and have them shipped to your Disney Resorts Collection hotel in advance of your stay. When you check out, you will need to have the Disney Resort address as your shipping address. You need to make sure that you put your name and indicate the word 'Guest,' and your arrival date in the shipping information. Be sure to have items sent no earlier than a week prior to your expected arrival. Note that there is a nominal fee for
bell services to receive and hold your items until your check-in date.
