Aloha, Susan! It sounds like the islands are calling you - a stay at
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort followed by an adventure at sea aboard Disney Cruise Line is sure to bring you closer to the line where the sky meets the sea!
Susan, the brand new
Island Tower Expansion at the Polynesian Resort welcomes wayfinders to relax, recharge, and relish in the magic of the islands and the beauty of this state-of-the-art tower conveniently situated close to Magic Kingdom Park! I can't wait to explore this new area and grab a meal at
Wailulu Bar & Grill! While you're there, have a DOLE Whip for me!
My panelist pal
Brent recently confirmed with a Cast Member that check-in and Bell Services for this new expansion of the resort remain at the Great Ceremonial House in the main building, as well as transportation options. With this in mind, your
Ground Transportation for your upcoming Disney Cruise will likely pick up your travel party at the Ceremonial House as well, but you should receive an email from Disney Cruise Line with specific pick-up details about 24-48 hours before your cruise as well as a letter the night before your pick up so you'll know exactly where to go to catch your shuttle!
Susan, I recently added Ground Transportation to my upcoming sailing onboard the
Disney Wish with a pickup at Copper Creek Villas, and Disney Cruise Line did confirm in my booking call that I would be picked up at the Wilderness Lodge main building and that they would collect any bags that I did not want to carry with me the morning of my sailing directly from my Disney Resort hotel room, making it easy and convenient to slip directly into cruise mode without worry!
Susan, I hope this helps, and I hope you enjoy all parts of your land and sea adventure this spring! If you have any other questions we can help with before you sail away, come back to
planDisney and let us know! We're happy to dive into the magic with you!
Bon Voyage,
Alison
