Welcome to planDisney, Brenda!
How wonderful that your family will be celebrating your granddaughter's birthday at Walt Disney World Resort! I can't think of a more magical place for a birthday celebration.
I'm sorry to hear about your mistake in making your
Disney Park Pass reservation. If you would like to change your Disney Park Pass reservation to a different theme park or a different date, you will need to cancel your original reservation and then make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. I
strongly recommend checking the
theme park availability calendar before canceling your current Disney Park Pass reservation. I know some upcoming dates have limited to no availability.
To cancel a Disney Park Pass reservation, log in to your account on the
My Disney Experience website. Find the park reservation you need to cancel in "My Plans" and select "View Details". You should then see the option to cancel your reservation. Once canceled, you will be able to make a new Disney Park Pass reservation. If you made your reservation with an Annual Pass, you may have the option to modify your reservation instead of canceling.
Don't forget, if your ticket or pass includes the
Park Hopper Option, you'll be able to visit a different theme park when park hopping hours begin at 2:00 pm after first visiting the park for which you hold a reservation.
Brenda, I hope you have a wonderful time celebrating with your granddaughter! If you have any additional questions, please stop by and see us again.
