Hiya, Natalie, and thanks for stopping by planDisney! Your
Walt Disney World Resort visit is just around the riverbend, so let's talk about dining at
Disney Springs...and paying the tab!
I did some online research and found that
City Works Eatery & Pour House used to have limits to its accepted forms of payment, so I went straight to the horse's mouth—or rather, I bellied up to the bar. I need to get my idioms straight! Anyway, I have great news. I called the restaurant directly, and the hostess said they currently accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Disney Gift Cards. So, pour yourself a tall one, Natalie; it's party time!
This restaurant also offers discounts for Annual Passholders, military members, and others. Be sure to ask if you qualify because nothing beats a deal at Disney. My tip is to double-check
payment options and discounts before you order so you'll have the most up-to-date policies. I have a visit next month, so I might test the Annual Passholder discount. Maybe we can toast our holidays together!
My husband and I enjoyed appetizers and drinks at City Works a few years ago. The
Kung Pao Cauliflower had a nice kick, and the selection of local beer was outstanding. I want to try their wine on tap next time! Most of the seating is at high-top tables at this sports bar, so keep that in mind if you have very young or old guests in your party.
You can make dining reservations at City Works Eatery & Pour House
60 days before you arrive, and if you're a guest of a Disney Resort hotel, you can book dining for up to 10 days of your visit.
Natalie, I hope your travels to the Most Magical Place on Earth are safe and smooth. Please stop by
planDisney anytime so we can raise a glass to pixie dust!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
