It looks like you were set to arrive here at the
Walt Disney World Resort very soon, and I'm so sorry to hear that you need to postpone your vacation. It's always sad to change plans, but at least you know that you'll be able to come back to the magic when you're ready. We're living through very unpredictable times and the Disney Parks team knows this, so they've actually made it quite simple for Guests to reschedule or cancel their vacations.
Maitane, in order for you to reschedule your theme park tickets, all you need to do is log into your Disney account through the
My Disney Experience mobile app. Once you've done that, please follow these steps:
1. Click on the three lines at the bottom right corner of your screen.
2. Click on Tickets and Passes.
3. Pick the tickets you'd like to change (you need to do this one by one), and click on Change Ticket.
4. Now, you're going to see a calendar pop up on your screen. Here, you'll need to pick new dates for your tickets, and
voilá! You're all set.
If, for any reason, you seem to have any trouble with the steps above, I highly encourage you to
