    Good morning, My name is Raul and i had recently made reservations for two people for disney world. I am with the National Guard for Texas and I recently got activated. Is there a way i can cancel my reservation so i can go on later dates?

    First and foremost thank you for your service to Our Country, please know, your bravery and commitment are admirable and respected in the utmost regard. While I am sorry we won’t be able to Welcome You Home, I am happy to hEAR you will eventually return to The Most Magical Place On Earth. I feel your request, to cancel your Walt Disney World reservation, is best handled by speaking to a Cast Member about your options in regards to your situation. I suggest calling (407) 934-7639 at your earliest convenience. Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume and I recommend calling when phone lines open at 7:00 a.m. EST. 

    And when the time comes feel free to reach out to us for any Walt Disney World vacation planning questions you may have.
