Greetings, Norma, and thank you so much for stopping by planDisney today! I'm sorry to hear your husband isn't feeling very magical at the moment. Let's talk about getting some help with your
Walt Disney World Resort theme park tickets. I'm sure you're worried about your best fella, so I'll try to ease your mind about your upcoming visit.
Since I can't be sure which type of admission you purchased, I recommend calling the
Tickets and Hotel Reservations line as soon as possible. The friendly Cast Members can access your My Disney Experience account and advise you of your options.
If you purchased the current
Special Offer for military members, you might be good to go. These tickets don't expire until December 18, so the solution could be as simple as
modifying your theme park reservations to a future date. I'm sure your hubby will be happy to enjoy some pixie dust once he's feeling healthy again.
Another option is to stop by or call the military base where you purchased the tickets. The folks there will also be able to see your specific admission type and let you know your options.
I wish I could give you a definitive answer, Norma, but I feel certain the Cast Members on the ticket line will be glad to help you. I'm wishing on a star you're able to enjoy some Disney magic together soon!
A bonus tip: plan to be in Town Square at
Magic Kingdom Park for the
Flag Retreat ceremony on your next visit. This moving experience is one of my favorites! My father and husband both served in the military, so it's a patriotic must-do for my family.
Norma, I'd like to thank you and your family for their service and sacrifice. Please stop by
planDisney anytime!
Magic awaits,
Elaine
