Linda,
Thanks for asking me your question to planDisney!
Unfortunately, I am not sure why your
My Disney Experience account is acting up. I would love to say that Stitch has been wreaking some havoc in there, but this might just be a case of some good old-fashioned computer issues.
Your best bet is to contact the team at Disney by calling
407-934-7639. This is the
My Disney Experience, MagicBand, and MagicBand+ support team, and they will be able to look at the back-end systems to see why it would be causing an issue for you.
The only other thought I can offer is that if you are looking at it on a computer, you might need to clear your cache and cookies from your browser, and then re-open the site. Similarly, if it is the
My Disney Experience App that is acting up on your smartphone, simply closing out the app, and then restarting it could help. I was at Walt Disney World, and I needed to do this upon arriving, as a few items did not look right from the beginning. A few seconds later I was off to the races! Well, I was off to ride
Slinky Dog Dash, but you know what I meant!
BONUS TIPIf you have any issues with technology, like
MagicBand+ or your My Disney Experience App while in the parks, just find one of the blue
“Guest Experience Team” umbrellas located throughout each park. These folks solved my MagicBand pairing issue in minutes, and I was back to my rides in a snap!
Please feel free to
send me more questions!
Have a Magical Vacation!Doug
