Hiya Lynne!
Welcome to planDisney! May is rapidly approaching and I'm sure you are getting very excited! Four days at Walt Disney World Resort sounds perfect. I love that you purchased the Park Hopper option as well! That will give you so much flexibility to enjoy even more of the parks!
All date-based tickets no longer need
theme park reservations. You will know you have such a ticket if, during the purchasing process, you had to select a date range. Tickets that still require theme park reservations include Annual Passes, Student group tickets, Disney Military Salute Ticket, and Florida Resident Disney Thrills Ticket. If you purchased the standard date-based tickets then you will be free to visit the Parks as you like! I have even better news for you Lynne, you can
Park Hop at any time! Since earlier this year, the 2 PM Park Hop time has swung out our lives as fast as Tarzan in the jungle. You will have such fun experiencing as much as you want when you want it!
Make sure to give yourself time when traveling between the Parks. I like to allot a minimum of one hour when traveling between two theme parks using the
complimentary Resort transportation. The reason for this is that no bus or monorail goes from one Park to another directly. There will be a need for a transfer or a short walk to get to where you need to be. I prefer to Park Hop after a break at my Resort. I spend some time in the Parks, head to the Resort for a rest, and then maneuver my way to an evening somewhere else. I especially love visiting EPCOT in the evening due to all the fun snacks and drinks I can find in the World Showcase or during a Festival. It looks like you will be arriving during the
EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! This is my favorite Festival as I love checking out the gorgeous topiaries and new foods. I hope you get a chance to enjoy it as well!
I do hope this helps and you have a fabulous time!
Happy Planning!
