    Good Morning, We are considering purchasing memory maker if we do are we able to download the pictures to the i pad? Many thanks

    Hi, Joanne! I am a huge fan of Memory Maker as it gives me a chance to come from behind the camera and be a part of the photographic memory with my family. Disney's PhotoPass photographers can be found in hundreds of locations across Walt Disney World Resort, just waiting to capture that perfect moment with your favorite Disney character. With Memory Maker, you will also be able to capture pictures and video of the thrill of a first roller coaster ride at select attractions.

    You can definitely use an iPad to download all of your PhotoPass pictures using your Memory Maker purchase. If you have your iPad with you while at the parks, you can even check your Disney's PhotoPass account to see your pictures as you take them. While at Magic Kingdom Park this past weekend, I noticed that the My Disney Experience app had updated with a great new feature, allowing Guests to access their PhotoPass pictures directly in the app. The pictures sometimes did take a few minutes to sync with my account, but it was so great to see our pictures just a few minutes after they were taken.

    I recently downloaded a couple of PhotoPass pictures from Memory Maker to my phone. I decided to download a couple of them individually, as the files that included all of the pictures were large .zip files. While there are mobile apps that unzip files, I noted the size of each .zip file and decided to not fill my phone’s storage with all of the pictures! I instead waited until we were home from our trip and downloaded all of the .zip files to my iPad. It was also much easier on the iPad, compared to on a phone, to customize our pictures with borders, stickers, etc. I usually plan on taking a couple of hours at home to edit all my pictures and download them, as there are so many great editing options.
