Hey there, Stephany, welcome back to planDisney!
Congratulations on purchasing a year of magic for the
Disneyland Resort, welcome to the Magic Key family!
If you haven’t already, be sure you’re logged into your
MyDisney account on the
Disneyland app using the email profile you used to purchase your pass. From the app, you’ll tap “+” in the bottom, middle of the app then “Make Park Reservations.” It will open a browser window where you can make or modify park reservations. The dates available based on your pass type will populate automatically. If the date you want is not available it will show a gray slash mark, but if it is a blockout date it will show a circle with a line through it as blocked. If it is just unavailable, you can check back and refresh to see if other guests cancel up to the date of arrival.
When you arrive for your first visit, be sure to have your government-issued photo ID that indicates your residency in Southern California. At this time that is the only way Disney can verify residency before entry. Remember there is a
No-Show Policy that states you only have three no-shows within 90 days, or you’re blocked from making or modifying reservations for 30 days. If you make a reservation and are unable to make it, be sure to cancel it by 11:59 pm PT on the day before your reservation.
I’m so excited for you, Stephany! I know that you’re going to have a fantastic year. As you’re planning your visits, please let us know
if you have any other questions. We are here to help!
Magic awaits!
Camille
