Hi Vanessa!
Welcome to planDisney! I love that each of the kids is getting an “experience souvenir”...I might need to steal that idea for our next trip!
I recommend having your 14-year-old take a look at the full
Enchanting Extras Collection to see if anything stands out to him based on the things he loves. There’s such a huge variety of experiences, and he might see something that piques his interest that I don’t mention here!
But here are a few experiences that I can think of off the top of my head that he might enjoy.
First up, if he’s an animal lover, he might be interested in a behind-the-scenes tour at Animal Kingdom. During the
Caring for Giants tour, he’ll learn all about elephants, and during the
Up Close with Rhinos tour, he’ll get to check out a special viewing area to see the rhinos. If he really wants an adventure, he might want to check out the
Wild Africa Trek.
Another cool experience is seeing the fireworks at the parks from a different viewpoint…a
fireworks cruise! Fireworks cruises are able to be booked for Magic Kingdom or Epcot (pending availability).
Finally, if you’re staying at a resort that offers a pool cabana or you’ll be visiting the water parks during your stay,
renting a cabana could be the perfect way to relax and enjoy the day. My boys are a bit younger (my oldest is only 9!), but they absolutely LOVED getting a cabana during one of our recent trips.
I hope that at least gives you some guidance. The thing I love most about Disney World is that there’s truly something for everyone! Have the best trip with your family! And let us know if you have any other questions.
