Good evening, My husband and I are planning to take our three year old to Magic Kingdom on October 31st. Will we be asked to leave the park at 7:00 if we don't have tickets to Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party?

    Hi Kathleen,

It's nice to see you back here at the Moms Panel.  Regular park hours at the Magic Kingdom for October 31 are 9:00 am to 7:00 pm.  Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party starts after that and is only for guests that have purchased the party ticket.  As the ticketed event requires wrist bands, anyone not wearing a band will be asked to leave the park.  Your evening can still continue though, if you hop on the monorail and head over to Epcot which is open until 10:00 pm.  You will be able to catch IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth which will be a fantastic way to end your evening.

You may also want to visit Downtown Disney that evening and search for some ghostly treats at Goofy's Candy Company.  It's better than trick or treating because you get to pick exactly what you want.  My favorites are the chocolate covered pretzels and the awesome caramel apples that are decorated with every delectable item imaginable.  You may have to pick out two or three treats because it's impossible to just get one.

    Have a "spooktacular" Halloween!

    Be Magical,

    Leanne T.
