Welcome back aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Michelle!
I am just giddy thinking about your epic vacation this spring. There is no better way to sprinkle some extra pixie dust on a Disney Cruise Line vacation than adding some time at the Walt Disney World Resort! I can never resist a land and sea adventure when sailing out of Port Canaveral.
Disney Cruise Line makes leaving The Most Magical Place on Earth a little easier with
ground transportation to the coast. This service, available for an additional fee, can be added directly to your cruise reservation.
Contact Disney Cruise Line to schedule transfers both before your cruise and to the Orlando International Airport after your cruise as well! This is my favorite way to travel between the house of mouse and Captain Mickey's ship as they handle your luggage from your resort room to your stateroom so you can just sit back and watch Disney cartoons until you arrive at the port. You can also consider using
Disney's Minnie Van service or another independent rideshare service, port shuttles or private limo companies to whisk you away to your cruise.
Before you depart for the coast, be sure to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App so you can find all of the fun waiting for you once onboard. When you get on the ship, it will be alive with schedules, dinner menus and even a great chat feature to keep in touch with all the new friends you will make while cruising. If you download it now, you can countdown the days until you set sail with your favorite Disney pals!
I hope I have steered you in the right direction, Michelle. Visit us again at the Disney Parks Moms Panel if you have any additional questions before you set sail!
"Sea" ya real soon! Angie
