Ahoy Sarah!
Thanks for sailing by with this question. As a born and raised Jersey girl I can fully appreciate the convenience of sailing from a northeastern departure port. We had the chance to skip the flights once before and it saved us a lot of travel time and expense. My family now lives in North Carolina so the drive to
Port Canaveral isn't too difficult, but it definitely takes quite a bit longer when traveling from Pennsylvania.
I took a look at the
most recently announced 2024 itineraries and unfortunately, I'm not seeing any sailings scheduled from
New York at this time. There are
still options available later this year, including a few
Halloween on the High Seas itineraries, but it doesn't look like "the Big Apple" will be home to Disney Cruise Line in 2024. Itineraries are subject to change, and
Disney Treasure is set to create even more exciting options for guests when it debuts, so I'd keep an eye on
Disney Parks Blog for the latest news as it's released.
If you have your heart set on sailing to
King's Wharf, Bermuda you might want to consider one of the upcoming 4, 5, or 6-night sailings on
Disney Dream this fall. I've had the pleasure of sailing on this gorgeous ship twice before and have the most magical memories of our trips. In the meantime, I'll keep my fingers crossed that you'll be able to sail from the Manhattan Cruise Terminal again in the future.
Sarah, if we can answer any other questions please don't hesitate to sail back and let us know. I'm wishing you a most magical voyage whenever, and from wherever you choose to sail next.
Bon voyage,
Amy
