What is a good age to take your little one to Disneyworld?

    Hi Lisa,

Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My wife and I have taken our three children to Walt Disney World as infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. They have each been able to enjoy the parks at various stages of their lives. My oldest son was two when he first went, and my other children were less than one. In fact, our daughter first visited when she was only 5-months-old, and we took her on several of the slow rides.

The wonderful folks at Disney have recently made planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation with small children even easier. Now DisneyWorld.com has a special area intended for families Planning for Pre-School Kids & Little Ones. On this page you can discover tips and special offers designed for families with little ones. There is even a Preschool Parent's Guide to Walt Disney World Resort that you can download.

Please send me any follow-up questions that you may have about planning a visit to Walt Disney World. I enjoy helping families plan their magical vacations with little ones.

    Have a magical day!
