    Good afternoon, We are a family of five (two adults and three children aged 12,10 and 7). We are based in Lisbon, Portugal and looking to take a cruise over the next few months. We are flexible on times and destinations and willing to depart from Portuga

    I just love that you’re planning a Disney Cruise Line vacation with your family...what an unforgettable experience that will be! Your children are at the perfect age to enjoy all the fun and independence that comes with the incredible kids clubs on board, giving you some well-deserved adult time to relax and recharge, too.

    At this time, Disney Cruise Line does not offer sailings that depart directly from Lisbon or other Portuguese ports. However, Lisbon is occasionally included as a port of call on some European itineraries. For a departure port that’s relatively close to home, Barcelona, Spain, is often the most convenient option. In fact, many of Disney’s European cruises either begin, end, or operate round-trip from there. For 2025, Barcelona will host several exciting itineraries on the Disney Fantasy, and looking ahead to summer 2026, we’ll see the Disney Dream sailing through Europe once again.

    To start exploring your options, I recommend visiting the Disney Cruise Line website. Click on Plan a Cruise > Find a Cruise, and then use the filters to search by destination, date, and departure port. This will give you a great overview of the sailings that may work for you. Once you’ve narrowed down your preferences, a Disney Cruise Line agent can help walk you through the booking process.
