    Good Afternoon, The question I have is when does Disney take down their Christmas Decorations at all of the Parks? We are planning a visit for Jan. 2010 and would like to know when we can set up our trip in order to see these decorations. Thanks

    The exact date that the Christmas decorations at Disney World come down vary slightly from year to year, but generally you could expect that some of the decorations start coming down right after the new year and that most of the decorations would be removed by about January 5-7. I have been to Disney World several times around January 15 and have seen no sign at all of the Christmas decorations.

    On the other end, the decorations are all hung by Thanksgiving. The first two weeks of December are a wonderful time to see the holiday finery while at the same time avoiding the huge Christmas vacation crowds.
