¡Hola Jesus!
Bienvenido a planDisney! Congratulations on planning aspects of your upcoming visit to the Most Magical Place on Earth! We love planning a day at the Walt Disney World water parks during our vacation. It is a great way to relax and enjoy some downtime away from the parks and attractions. Our favorite happens to be
Typhoon Lagoon, and the
Typhoon Lagoon Surf Pool is so much fun!
Jesus, let’s get to some of your questions! Previously, Disney’s PhotoPass photographers were in the water parks regularly throughout the day, capturing moments for Guests within the parks. Post-pandemic, Disney PhotoPass photographers have been seen at Typhoon Lagoon, but there are not there on a set schedule as of yet. I have seen
PhotoPass photographers in the lazy river and scattered throughout the park, so make sure you have your eyes set to ask a photographer to snap a pic of you and your group! As for your question about leaving and returning to the water parks, the answer is an absolute yes. You can enter Typhoon Lagoon early in the day, head back to your hotel for a nap, and then return prior to park closing. Finally, while there is no dedicated area to leave your sandals or footwear prior to heading down the slide, you can always locate a chair to leave them on or under. Also, you can opt to
rent a locker during your time at the water parks, which are available in three sizes and at different prices.
