    Good afternoon l have some tickets but can schedule appointment for park , trying to see how to link says need id # but not accepting. Tks

    I'm so excited to hear that you're heading to Walt Disney World Resort soon! And you're exactly right, Theme Park Reservations using the Disney Park Pass system is an important step. This is how you can reserve the parks you want to visit on each day of your trip.

    But oh, no! I'm sorry to hear that you're having difficulty making the Theme Park Reservations. I'd love to help you take a few steps to link your tickets and make your reservations:

    • Check to see if your tickets are linked. Log into your account, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and click "Tickets & Memory Maker." If you can see your tickets and the Guests they're linked to, you're ready to make your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system!
    • If you need to link your tickets, click the Link Reservations & Purchases page and select Tickets. Click the example tickets on the right to help locate the ID number. Continue to add your tickets and link them to a Guest in your travel party. 
    • If you've tried the steps and still haven't been able to link your tickets, your next best step would be to call a Cast Member. They will be able to help you link your tickets to your account and make your Theme Park Reservations with the Disney Park Pass system. Be sure to have your tickets with you when you call so you can give them the ID number!
