    Good afternoon! I recently booked a vacation at the Pop Century resort for May. My concern is the magicbands. On the customize magicband page it shows the original magicband, will my party be receiving the magicband 2 since the vacation is not until May?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for reaching out! Great question about MagicBand 2 - we have all been eagerly anticipating them as well!

    As you probably know, the new designs made their debut late last year and are being rolled out now to resort guests and to Annual Passholders. I would definitely think that by the time you are scheduled to travel, they will have fully rolled out. This information, of course, is always subject to change. 

    If you can't wait until May to see yours, there are some great designs available for purchase now at the Disney Store also! You may have heard that these new MagicBands have a removable medallion in the center, that can be transferred lanyard clips and to a carabiner. This will be helpful to guests who dislike wearing a wristband or who just want to change things up a bit!
