    Good afternoon. My question is we are traveling to Disney World in August 2017. We are staying at the Polynesian.We have a 8:00 am breakfast reservation at Garden Grill in Epcot on 8/27.The park opens at 9am.Will the monorail be running to get us to Epcot.

    Hi Amy,

    My family loves staying at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort! We love being close to the Magic Kingdom and having easy access to the monorail. Plus watching Magic Kingdom's fireworks is great from the beach.

    You will not be able to use the monorail to head to Epcot for breakfast at the Garden Grill. The monorail along with other Disney transportation starts one hour prior to the park opening. However, they should have a special bus for you to ride to Epcot to make your reservation. You should confirm with the concierge the day before to confirm the time for you to leave and make your reservation.

    Did you know you can walk to the Transportation and Ticket Center from your resort? This makes it super convenient to quickly get to and from Epcot.
