How do I go about trying to add people to dining reservations. Is it better to call or use the Online system. I may have to bump from 5, to 6 or 7. If I call can they try to add to the existing? I cannot do that online, have to cancel existing. Thanks

    Hi Jason,

While the online Disney reservation system is easy to use and convenient for guests, I am an old-timer and like to call the Disney Reservation line for all my dining needs. I just feel better talking to someone who can help me choose alternative times or locations if my first choice is not available. I enjoy the interaction and suggestions of the Cast Member and I know he/she has entered all the information needed for my reservation instead of worrying I forgot something if I do it myself.

Personally any changes that I need to make, I think are better done by calling 407-939-3463. The Cast Member will be able to offer the best solution to your increase in party size. For future reference, we have had to change party sizes a number of times and I have now found it is better to make it at first, for the largest size I may need. It is much easier to downsize if the party decreases, but not nearly as easy to increase the size.

    Good luck!
