Hello, Can I go to the parks prior to check in? I would like to go straight the parks and then check in in the evening when we are ready to stay in for the night. Is that possible? If so how? Thanks!

    Hi Amanda,

If you purchased your park tickets through Disney as part of a vacation package, you'll have to make a brief stop at your resort to get your tickets before heading out to the parks. The good news is that you can do this as early in the morning as you like. You could go ahead and register at your hotel well before park opening time. Even though your room likely won't be ready for several hours, when you register you will be given your Key to the World Card. The KTTWC will function as your room key, can be set up as a charge card, and will contain any park tickets and dining plan credits you may have purchased. Once you have your card and tickets, you can be on your way.

If you've purchased your tickets from an outside vendor and already have them in hand, then you're welcome to go straight to the parks. You can register at the hotel in the evening if that works better for your plans.

Please let us know if you need anything else. We'd love to help you plan the most magical vacation ever.
