So when you go into the MK for the Halloween Party do you ride the rides just like you would normally or are the rides not running and it is just more of a trick-or-treat party/ parade/fireworks? Trying to make our week schedule for our trip!

    Nicole,

A select set of attractions are still operating during the Halloween party, so you can enjoy them with slightly shorter lines. As the night goes on, the lines get shorter. This is because party goers with younger children will come for the party, maybe a ride or two, and then head home.

One important note. While it is great to enjoy the shorter lines, remember that you are paying quite a bit for your party tickets. Check the wait times and if they are long you should consider if that is how you want to spend your money. You can wait in an attraction line any day, but the party (with it's fantastic, fun atmosphere) is something you really want to immerse yourself in. I always recommend ignoring the rides at first, enjoying the Halloween party with its shows, parades and special activities, and save the attractions for later into the night.

By the way, if you visit AllEars.Net, their trip reports list what attractions are open during the party, typically.

I am glad to answer any follow-up questions you may have!

    Have a magical vacation!
