Where do I go to link a reservation I have made through another service?

Welcome to planDisney, Carol! I am so glad you found us to ask your question about linking a Walt Disney World reservation!

I am hoping I am correct in assuming you used an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner to book your upcoming visit to WDW. When you made your first $200 payment, your reservation was locked in, and you should have received a confirmation number from whoever booked the trip for you. This confirmation number is 12 digits, and you can link it into your MyDisneyExperience Account, either on the website or the app.

When linking, look for the “resort hotel” tab and hover over it. A blue button that says “link a reservation” will show up. Click on that and then enter the confirmation number and last name on the reservation.

If you don’t have a MyDisneyExperience account set up yet, that is the first step. You will also want to load the MyDisneyExperience app onto your smartphone. This is the easiest way to see all of your plans while on the Walt Disney World property.

I hope you have a wonderful vacation to The Most Magical Place on Earth. Please come back to planDisney with any other questions you might have.

    Happy Traveling,
    Tracy
