    where can I go to find out what dates are for the value season

    The best way to look at the value season is by looking at the cost of one-day tickets at Magic Kingdom Park. You can see that calendar by visiting the Disney Parks Ticket page and looking up a single day ticket. That one-day ticket calendar gives you a breakdown between Value, Regular, and Peak dates.
