Hello Jerrica, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
My family was fortunate enough to visit
Magic Kingdom Park on Christmas Day a couple of years ago and what a magical day that was!
Once the last date for this year's
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party has passed, some elements that are normally exclusive to the party will be available for all guests to enjoy. This includes
Mickey's Once Upon a Christmastime Parade,
Minnie's Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks, and other entertainment such as Mickey's Most Merriest Celebration and A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas. While you will find some
holiday-themed treats available for purchase, complimentary treats will not be available as they are at the party. (Although we were lucky to happen upon a Cast Member handing out snowman sugar cookies near The Crystal Palace!)
Because some of the
holiday attraction enhancements are brand new for this season, we don't yet know if those will remain for all Guests to enjoy the week of Christmas or not. My guess would be yes, at least perhaps in the evening hours, but we won't know for sure until December 23, after the last Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party has taken place.
An attraction that has been decked out for the holidays and available daily for all Guests is
Jingle Cruise. The corny holiday twist on this classic attraction is so fun!
If you will be visiting more than one theme park during your visit to Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to check out all the other
holiday happenings. I was glad to catch the
Merry Menagerie at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park during my last visit -- enchanting!
Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you plan your visit. Merry Christmas!
Anne Marie
