I would like to go to disney the week of labor day. I was wondering how hot is it, is it humid and is it extremely crowded. thanks

Hi, Jean!  While Labor Day weekend can get pretty busy at Walt Disney World, generally by Labor Day itself, people are beginning to head home to get their kids off to school, and that week is usually pretty quiet in terms of crowds.

September weather in Orlando is fairly predictable.  It is hot, humid, and just about every afternoon, you will get a thunderstorm that kind of steams things up!  And while a hurricane in central Florida is not a common occurrence, September is still hurricane season, so keep an eye on the tropics when it gets close to your trip.

September is not a bad time to go - if you can deal with the heat, it's really nice to be there with lighter crowds to worry about.

    Have a great trip!
