Hi Jessica,
The
fall and
holiday seasons are two of my favorite times to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! Not only are there fun special events going on, but the decorations are so beautiful!
During the fall, you'll find the frighteningly fun
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party along with the
Epcot International Food & Wine Festival, which offers fantastic food, enjoyable special events, and the always popular
Eat to the Beat Concert Series. Don't forget, too, that
Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge will be opening August 27th and
Epcot Forever, a new nighttime fireworks experience, debuts October 1st, so there will be new and exciting things to experience!
Beginning in November, the entire Resort will transform into a holiday wonderland, complete with gorgeous decorations and festive music.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (which is my
favorite special event of the entire year!) provides the perfect opportunity to fill your heart with Christmas joy! In addition to that, you'll find several other wonderful holiday experiences like
Epcot International Festival of the Holidays where you can experience what the holidays are like all around the world, and includes another beloved holiday experience, Candlelight Processional. Sunset Seasons Greetings and Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! are lots of fun over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park tells the story of Diwali, India's festival of lights, during UP! A Great Bird Adventure.
Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jessica, and please feel free to come see us again with more questions! Whether you choose to visit during the fall, winter, or
both, you'll love experiencing the spirit of the seasons at "The Most Magical Place on Earth!"
