Ahoy there, Marvall! Welcome aboard planDisney! Or maybe I should say "ARRR!"
(That's "Pirate" for "Hello!")
I'm so glad you and your crew will be settin' sail tomorrow! With no time to spare I'll be gettin' right on with it, and it be good news!
As your sailing is a 4-Night itinerary, you're scheduled to be havin' a
Pirate Night! That means your father still has time to pack his best pirate garb to make sure he fits-in with all the other pirates that will appear aboard! Be sure to check the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app once you board to see which night Pirate Night is scheduled for. It's always a good idea to keep the Navigator app handy, as entertainment offerings and schedules are subject to change!
If you ask me, it's good you'll have someone in your crew that will blend in with the pirates, too - they don't take too kindly to non-pirates!
Now, when it comes to the pirate excursion, if your crew is setting sail on the
Blackbeard’s Revenge Pirate Ship Adventure Port Adventure while you're in
Nassau, I'd suggest talking to a crew member at the Port Adventures Desk (Deck 5, Midship) when you board the
Disney Dream! They'll be the best equipped to tell you about any restrictions that may apply to specific Port Adventures. If you have booked this excursion with another company, I'd check with them, as well.
Personally, I agree that every crew needs at least one more pirate, but I suppose that all is left up to the captain!
I can't wait for you and your crew to make these magical memories on the Disney Dream! You won't have to wait much longer! Thank you so much for your question, Marvall! Sometimes these messages in bottles all look the same, so thanks for waiting while we got to yours! If you have any other questions now, or even after you return from this amazing Disney Cruise Line vacation, you know where to find us here at planDisney!
Yo ho, yo ho a pirate's life for...you!
