We would like to go to Chip-n-Dale's Sing-a-long. We will be staying at AK- Kidani Village. We will have our own vehicle. How do you get to the Sing-a-long? Park at the Wilderness Lodge? Is there transportation to the sing-a-long from the lodge?

Hi Elizabeth! Chip 'n Dale's Campfire Sing-a-long is one of the hidden gems at Walt Disney World! This free nightly character event is held at the Fort Wilderness Resort (not the Wilderness Lodge). Since you'll have your own vehicle during your Walt Disney World visit, you can drive to the Fort Wilderness Resort for the campfire event. (Driving around Walt Disney World is so easy -- you just have to follow the signs. From the Animal Kingdom Lodge, head toward the Magic Kingdom area and then follow the signs for the Fort Wilderness Resort.) Once you arrive and park, you'll need to take one of the Fort's internal buses to the Meadow Trading Post area, where the Campfire is held. (Plan on an hour of travel time to give yourself plenty of time to drive and to wait for the internal bus at the Fort.)

There's no charge for the sing-a-long with Chip 'n Dale and the outdoor movie that follows. You can purchase s'mores kits there if you'd like to roast marshmallows over the campfire.

Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
